We Are Looking For…

A talented and motivated Junior ServiceNow Developer to join our growing IT team. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow solutions that streamline our business processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Develop and configure workflows, forms, and scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Implement best practices for ServiceNow configuration and development.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards for data visualization.
  • Provide technical support to users for ServiceNow related issues and requests.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow platform updates and best practices.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow configuration management (CMDB) capabilities.
  • Ability to write basic scripts (JavaScript, Jelly) for ServiceNow customizations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

A Plus If You Have…

  • Experience with ITIL frameworks.
  • Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
  • A ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist).
