Job Description Blueway Group SRL is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior ServiceNow Developer with mandatory experience in ITOM to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions that streamline our business processes and enhance overall efficiency, with a particular focus on IT Operations Management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex ServiceNow projects, a deep understanding of the platform’s capabilities, and hands-on experience with ITOM modules. Responsibilities: ∙Development and Configuration: Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules, including workflows, forms, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules, with a strong emphasis on ITOM functionalities. ∙Customization: Customize ServiceNow to meet specific business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other systems, particularly within the ITOM domain. ∙Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues, providing timely support to end-users, particularly those related to ITOM. ∙Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver solutions that align with business objectives, especially in the context of ITOM. ∙Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow features and best practices, recommending improvements to enhance platform performance and user experience, with a focus on ITOM advancements. ∙Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation of ServiceNow customizations and configurations, specifically those pertaining to ITOM. Qualifications: ∙Experience: 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with a mandatory focus on ITOM implementations and configurations. ∙Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certifications are preferred, along with any relevant ITOM certifications. ∙Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs, with demonstrable experience applying these skills within the ITOM context. ∙Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly when addressing ITOM-related challenges. ∙Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex ITOM concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ∙Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, contributing ITOM expertise to achieve shared goals.
